Welcome to Innovapptive!

The CSM Onboarding course is designed to develop and support you as you build your knowledge on Innovapptive products, processes and how we work to support our customers. You will be supported by your manager, CSM colleagues and wider teams throughout the onboarding journey.

The course is designed to be your bible, to take you through your first 3 months, link you to resources to prepare you for assignments that will test your understanding of the training provided and become an ongoing reference tool as you start to support your assigned customers.
